White Bean Salad with Gallo Pepperoni

5 oz. Gallo Salame pepperoni, small dice
1/2 cup Yellow Onion, small dice
28 oz. White Beans, canned
6 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 cup Plum Tomato, small dice
5 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Kosher Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste

Recipe instruction list: 
  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl except balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. In a saute pan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer for one minute.
  4. Add the balsamic vinegar to the salad and mix in evenly.
