5 oz. Gallo Salame pepperoni, small dice
1/2 cup Yellow Onion, small dice
28 oz. White Beans, canned
6 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 cup Plum Tomato, small dice
5 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
4 Tbsp. Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
Kosher Salt, to taste
Black Pepper, to taste
- Place all ingredients into a bowl except balsamic vinegar and mix thoroughly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- In a saute pan, bring balsamic vinegar to a simmer for one minute.
- Add the balsamic vinegar to the salad and mix in evenly.
